FUSED (AGRUMATO) OLIVE OILS
Our fused oils are made with wonderfully ripe olives and always fresh fruits, herbs, or vegetables. This process differs from the infused simply because the olive oil is flavored at the same time the olives are pressed, not after. The olives and whole fruit are crushed at the same time, fusing the two together and creating a brightly flavored olive oil.
